Unfortunately, like many, our Hawaii vacation/babymoon was cancelled due to Covid-19 quarantine restrictions. We are certainly bummed, but there’s a lot worse that could happen, and so much to be grateful for. We’ve been trying to make things fun for our kids regardless of the situation, and one of the things we’ve been doing is making this tropical flavored smoothie inspired by my favorite juice flavor growing up, Pineapple Orange Banana!🙌

Although a smoothie might seem like such a simple thing you would never need a recipe for, all it takes is one time dumping a bunch of random things into a blender to realize ratios and flavor inspiration are important factors!🤣 I have a handful of go to recipes, and this is one of our faves, full of immune boosting vitamin C to boot! My favorite juice flavor growing up, made into the most delicious smoothie ever! Perfect for our quarantine staycation from Hawaii!

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Coconut water
  • 1/2 cup Coconut cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • Zest of Half an orange
  • 3 each Oranges, peeled
  • 1/2 One whole pineapple, peeled, cored, chopped and frozen
  • 2 Bananas, peeled, chopped and frozen
Instructions
  1. Place all prepared ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until smooth

  2. Dived between 4 glasses and enjoy!
