Better than Trader Joe's Honey Sesame Cashews!! Paleo, no refined sugar, and gluten free. The perfect go to anytime snack!
Preheat oven to 350° and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
Combine honey, butter and tahini in a sauce pan and heat over low heat until combined, stirring constantly.
Place cashews into a bowl and pour ingredients from sauce pan over top. Stir to coat.
In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle over cashew mixture.
Pour out onto prepared sheet pan, using a spatula to get all the goodies! Be sure to spread them out so they get nice and crisp.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, stirring once or twice in between. Remove from oven when they look nice and golden and the topping is bubbly. Stir once more after you remove them from the oven and let cool completely.
Enjoy! Store any leftovers in a sealed container or zip lock bag. They will last several days, if you don't eat them all first!
